We felt comfortable with Danielle right away. It felt like she had our best interest at heart because she kept us well within our comfortable spending limit, but helped us to choose the most money wise property. I have finally decided to sell my home. I never thought I would ever leave my home after 31 years. It's been the most stressful decision that I have made. She knew that I was nervous about who my buying agent would be. During our initial conversation, she had asked me what I am looking for in my next home. We had created a list of houses to see. She picked the order that we were going to see. When we pulled up, she said that she thinks that I will like this one. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt as if this was the house for me. The neighborhood was exactly what I wanted. Long story short, she was able to hear my needs and understand what to highlight. I didn't even want to look at any other homes. Also, I am a high maintenance person, and she has answered all my calls and texts almost immediately. She was never unavailable and if she was, she would text letting me know she will get back to me. She has even answered the same questions over and over because I had forgot! She has very promptly kept in in the loop and even got a work-up estimate for my closing costs. I am very happy to have a person that not only is my agent, but also is a friend.

I would have given David 10 stars if I could. He was amazing throughout the process of my fathers home. He so was patient with us not really knowing when we want to list and what our plan was. He helped us sale the house from another state, so basically he did everything for us. He hired contractors, looked for best pricing, checked their worked and made sure everything is getting done in a timely manner. He is very respectful and even though we had some problems with our community management, he was able to speak with them and get their approval. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an honest and knowledgeable agent. He was wonderful during the whole process.

If your looking for a lackluster, MLS only listing agent then Bill is Not your guy. BUT... If you’re looking for someone who has superb marketing, very professional and willing to go out of his way to help sell your property then Bill is your agent. Working with Bill was as smooth as can be. He handled any hiccups that occurred from our title company. He seamlessly negotiated with the buyers agents and got us way over asking price for our listed property. It was very nice to see the extra effort with the marketing done on our property. Most agents would just list on mls and let it sit. Bill had our property beautifully staged , he had marketing videos made, and had the property shown all over his social media platforms giving us the exposure we needed to get the most we could. It was a pleasure to work with Bill and would definitely use him for any future purchases and/or selling of properties.
