I have finally decided to sell my home. I never thought I would ever leave my home after 31 years. It's been the most stressful decision that I have made. She knew that I was nervous about who my buying agent would be. During our initial conversation, she had asked me what I am looking for in my next home. We had created a list of houses to see. She picked the order that we were going to see. When we pulled up, she said that she thinks that I will like this one. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt as if this was the house for me. The neighborhood was exactly what I wanted. Long story short, she was able to hear my needs and understand what to highlight. I didn't even want to look at any other homes. Also, I am a high maintenance person, and she has answered all my calls and texts almost immediately. She was never unavailable and if she was, she would text letting me know she will get back to me. She has even answered the same questions over and over because I had forgot! She has very promptly kept in in the loop and even got a work-up estimate for my closing costs. I am very happy to have a person that not only is my agent, but also is a friend.
